Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or does not match agreed specifications. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number sent to info@aegiscontainers.com. Custom-built units are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
